 Where do you live? I live in a little town
Where do you like to live? I would like to live in a big city
Would you like to live in Valladolid? I would prefer a city bigger, like Madrid
Why do you like Madrid? Because there are a lot of  options, for instance, you can go to the theater, practice whatever sport, go to dance, visit museums and much more
What do you prefer town or city? I prefer the town because it is quiter
